Our remote support option costs $.99 a minute plus a $39.99 initial connection fee. On-Site SupportOn-Site support is available without a contract and is probably not as expensive as you might think. Our typical service call is less than $200.00. Some situations dictate that we charge on an hourly scale, but for most service calls we provide fixed-cost pricing upfront.
